Basic principles for producing, editing, publishing, and updating articles.

1. Purpose of Editing

Medical AI Search Lab publishes research articles on AI search, LLMO, GEO, SEO, MEO, and the Medical Advertising Guidelines, drawing on expertise in supporting the medical industry, AI development and verification, and system development (such as Puls). The purpose is to provide decision-making material that helps executives, directors, and marketing leaders of medical institutions function as an "information source" in the AI search era.

2. Editorial Structure and Roles

  • Author: Responsible for the primary writing of an article. The author of each article is identified at the beginning and end of the article and on the operator information page.
  • Editor: Reviews structure, factual accuracy, and expression. Confirms sources as needed.
  • Reviewer (reviewedBy): For important articles, a reviewer is separately identified. Recorded in the frontmatter as reviewedBy.

3. Editorial Principles

  1. Based on primary information, official guidelines, peer-reviewed papers, and actual measurement data
  2. We do not make definitive outcome guarantees (such as "guaranteed ranking improvement," "guaranteed listing," or "guaranteed recommendation")
  3. We do not use exaggerated expressions, absolute expressions, or effectiveness claims based on testimonials
  4. We do not recommend individual medical procedures or treatment effects
  5. We do not refer to aesthetic clinics and similar facilities the operator is involved in running as "our own clinic" or "our company's clinic"

4. Expressions We Adopt

In articles and various copy, we avoid definitive and superlative expressions and center our expression on the following vocabulary: "analysis," "visualization," "observation," "verification," "trends," "improvement support," "actual measurement," and "audit."

5. Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest

Articles that involve a relationship of interest with a specific business, product, or service are clearly noted at the beginning. At present, we do not carry external sponsorship or PR articles. Should we carry them in the future, we will follow the Advertising Policy.

6. Prohibited Expressions

  • "our own clinic" or "our company's clinic"
  • "guaranteed ranking improvement," "guaranteed listing," "guaranteed recommendation," "guaranteed citation"
  • definitive expressions such as "absolutely," "always/without fail," or "100%"
  • expressions that risk conflicting with the Medical Advertising Guidelines

7. Corrections and Retractions

When a factual error or misstatement is found, we correct the relevant part and reflect the correction history at the end of the article or in the update date. For details, see the Update Policy.
